MHAP Homes – Modular Homes Affordably Priced has been helping customers navigate the modular home building process for more than 30 years.
The company was founded and operated for many years by Carmen and Tony Gentile, who built MHAP Homes around personal service, industry knowledge, and helping customers find an affordable path to building a new home since 2014.
Our current owner, Danielle Furfari, had the opportunity to work alongside Carmen and learn the modular home business firsthand. Through that experience, Danielle developed a passion for the industry, the customers, and the personal relationships that come with helping someone build a new home.
When Carmen and Tony were ready to step away from the business, Danielle was given the opportunity to purchase MHAP Homes and continue what they had built. In January 2026, she proudly became the new owner of MHAP Homes.
Today, MHAP Homes continues to operate with the same personal, family-business approach while also bringing new organization, energy, and growth to the company.
What We Do
MHAP Homes is a state-licensed, authorized independent modular home dealer. We offer a wide selection of single-family and multi-family modular homes, including ranchers, Cape Cods, two-story homes, raised ranchers, and other factory-approved designs.
Customers can choose from our extensive collection of factory floor plans and personalize their home through available modifications, finishes, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, colors, and other options.
From your first conversation with us through the arrival and set of your new home, our team is here to guide you through the modular home portion of your project. We assist with floor plan selection, pricing, available modifications and options, engineered and stamped plans, factory ordering, production scheduling, delivery, crane coordination, and set.
A Personal Approach to Building
We know that building a home is a major investment and, for many of our customers, something they have never done before. We believe you should have a team that answers your questions, explains the process, and treats your project like it matters.
MHAP Homes specializes in the home, delivery, and set portion of the project. Site preparation, permits, excavation, foundation, utilities, and on-site completion are handled by the homeowner and/or their general contractor. Clearly defining everyone’s responsibilities from the beginning helps create a smoother experience from start to finish.
While MHAP Homes continues to grow, we never want to lose what makes a local, family-run business special. Our customers aren’t just order numbers. We get to know you, your project, and what you’re trying to accomplish.

Questions
Can I buy a modular home direct from the factory?
No. You must use a State Licensed Authorized Independent Dealer in order to own one of the many new manufactured modular homes we have.
Can you provide pricing for my custom floor plans?
Yes. If you have a floor plan you are interested in, you can send it to us for review. We will work with our factory to determine whether the design is feasible for modular construction and, if so, obtain pricing for you.
Please keep in mind that not all traditional or architect-designed floor plans can be built exactly as shown using modular construction. Changes may be required to accommodate module sizes, transportation requirements, structural engineering, and factory building specifications.

Can I use my own builder/contractor?
Yes. You are welcome to use your own licensed general contractor or builder for the on-site portion of your project.
MHAP Homes specializes in the modular home, delivery, crane coordination, and set. Your general contractor is responsible for the site-related work needed to prepare for and complete your home, including permits, excavation, foundation and sill plate, utility connections, and all required on-site finish work after the home is set.
We are happy to communicate with you and your contractor regarding the specifications and information needed for the modular home so everyone understands their responsibilities and your site is properly prepared for delivery.
If you do not already have a contractor, MHAP Homes can provide a general list of contractors and tradespeople who may work in your area. These are provided as a courtesy only, and the homeowner is responsible for selecting, hiring, and contracting directly with their chosen contractor.
Our goal is to work together with you and your contractor to help make the modular portion of your building process as organized and straightforward as possible.
